In 2016, KTPL got a contract of maintaining the medical assets across the Indian state of Kerala.

With thousands of assets spread across hundreds of hospitals, we developed a dashboard to display their real-time status.

Over the next many months, the work grew to encompass a full management ERP to prevent losses and penalties, and a real-time task distribution and management app across hundreds of servicemen across the state, which included zones with no internet.

We automated the entire business process end-to-end so that KTPL's management could not just see real-time calls coming in, but also predict the ones which could lead to costly penalties, and act on them in a timely manner.
